# Fundraising & Strategic Investment Partner for XAVOT — Angels, VCs, Grants & Startup Funding
## About XAVOT
XAVOT is an early-stage startup founded by Dushyant Kumar, a student entrepreneur from India. We are currently at the concept and validation stage, working to turn our vision into a focused, commercially viable venture.
Our long-term ambition is to build an innovation-driven technology company focused on solving real-world problems through engineering, research, automation and deep technology.
Our broader vision includes creating opportunities for students, innovators, engineers and companies to collaborate on real-world challenges and develop practical solutions.
As an initial direction, we are exploring opportunities in the automotive sector, including real-world vehicle experience research, customer-driven product improvements and potential approaches to reducing vehicle manufacturing costs. These are areas under exploration, not validated products or proven cost-saving solutions.
We are now looking for an experienced fundraising professional or strategic partner who can help us identify suitable funding opportunities and move from concept toward execution.
## Our Immediate Objective
Our priority is to identify serious investors, suitable non-dilutive funding opportunities and startup support programs that match XAVOT's current stage, business direction and long-term potential.
We are looking for someone who can do more than provide a list of investor names. We need a professional who understands fundraising, has relevant industry connections and can help turn targeted outreach into meaningful conversations and funding opportunities.
## Scope of Work
**1. Investor and Funding Research**
- Identify and evaluate relevant angel investors, angel networks, seed funds, venture capital firms, strategic investors, startup incubators, accelerators and grant programs.
- Prioritize opportunities aligned with early-stage startups, technology, engineering, automotive innovation and deep-tech development.
- Document each opportunity's investment thesis, typical ticket size where available, geography, eligibility requirements, application process and relevant contact details.
- Distinguish genuinely suitable prospects from generic or unverified leads.
**2. Fundraising Strategy and Materials**
- Help refine XAVOT's business positioning, funding narrative and proposed use of funds.
- Prepare or improve a professional pitch deck, executive summary and one-page startup profile.
- Tailor the materials to different investors, grants and accelerator programs.
- Help identify a realistic funding target based on the startup's stage, planned activities and resource requirements.
**3. Investor Outreach and Relationship Building**
- Develop personalized outreach messages for relevant investors and funding organizations.
- Use existing professional relationships to secure warm introductions wherever possible.
- Manage follow-ups, schedule investor calls and maintain a transparent record of outreach.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, incubation, mentorship and early-stage support in addition to direct capital.
**4. Application and Deal Support**
- Prepare and coordinate grant, incubator and accelerator applications.
- Help us prepare for investor meetings, due diligence questions and funding discussions.
- Assist with evaluating term sheets and comparing proposed investment terms, with qualified legal and financial professionals involved where required.
- Maintain a live pipeline report showing prospects, communication status, next steps and outcomes.
## Expected Deliverables and Acceptance Criteria
1. **A vetted pipeline of at least 30 relevant funding opportunities**, with documented fit, investment or grant criteria, geography and available contact details.
2. **A professional pitch deck, executive summary and startup one-pager** suitable for submission to relevant investors and funding programs, following our review and approval.
3. **At least three meaningful outreach outcomes within the first two weeks**, consisting of warm introductions to relevant investors or submitted applications to suitable funding programs. All introductions and submissions must be genuine, documented and authorized by XAVOT.
4. **A shared tracking system** using Google Sheets, a CRM or an equivalent tool to record contacts, communications, responses and next steps.
5. **A practical fundraising roadmap** identifying the most promising funding routes, eligibility gaps, required documents and recommended next actions.
Initial research and the first set of deliverables should be provided within the first week. The full scope will begin immediately upon agreement and access to the necessary startup information.
## Compensation and Incentives
We are open to a performance-oriented collaboration.
Our proposed compensation structure is:
- An agreed service fee, with the scope, milestones and payment terms established in advance.
- Success-based compensation of up to **3% of eligible funding actually secured and received by XAVOT** through the agreed engagement, subject to a written agreement and applicable laws and funding-program rules.
The precise calculation, payment trigger, eligible funding sources and treatment of grants versus investment capital will be documented before work begins. Any percentage-based arrangement will be subject to the relevant legal and compliance requirements.
We value measurable results, transparent reporting and long-term professional relationships.
## Who Should Apply?
We are looking for an individual or team with demonstrable experience in one or more of the following:
- Startup fundraising and investor relations.
- Angel and seed-stage investor networks.
- Grant identification and application management.
- Startup accelerators, incubators and government-supported funding programs.
- Pitch deck development and fundraising strategy.
- Strategic partnerships in technology, engineering, automotive or deep-tech sectors.
Applicants with experience helping early-stage or concept-stage startups are particularly encouraged to apply.
## How to Apply
Please keep your proposal concise and include:
1. Your relevant fundraising experience and the sectors you specialize in.
2. Examples of funding rounds, grants or investor introductions you have helped secure, with outcomes where verifiable.
3. The investor networks or funding programs you can realistically access.
4. Your proposed first-week action plan.
5. Your preferred service-fee structure and expectations regarding success-based compensation.
6. The tools you use to manage research, outreach and reporting, if relevant.
Please do not submit generic lists of investor contacts or promises of guaranteed funding. We value verified relationships, thoughtful targeting, transparent communication and realistic execution.
**The objective is to build a credible funding pathway for XAVOT and establish a professional relationship that can grow alongside the company.**
