## Project Overview

I am developing an emerging fashion and lifestyle apparel business with a completed brand identity, established product direction, and a clear vision for market entry and future expansion.

## Scope of Work

I am looking for a capable fundraising professional, investor relations specialist, or well-connected intermediary who can:

1. Identify and research relevant international angel investors and strategic investors.
2. Screen potential investors based on their investment history, financial capacity, industry focus, and suitability for the business.
3. Explain why each shortlisted investor would be a realistic prospect.
4. Facilitate warm introductions to qualified investors through credible professional channels.
5. Help initiate meaningful discussions about investment and strategic collaboration.
6. Support communication and follow-ups to progress serious opportunities toward an investment proposal or term-sheet discussion.
7. Provide guidance on investor expectations, negotiation preparation, valuation considerations, and potential funding structures.

A generic contact list or unsolicited outreach alone will not satisfy the main objective. I am looking for qualified prospects, credible introductions, and measurable progress toward actual investment discussions.

## Deliverables and Expected Outcomes

The successful candidate should propose a realistic execution plan that includes:

* A curated shortlist of relevant, verified investors.
* Investor profiles, investment focus, relevant experience, and reasons for suitability.
* A clear outreach and introduction strategy.
* Warm introductions to qualified investors, where achievable.
* Support in progressing serious investor conversations.
* A final report documenting outreach, responses, introductions, and recommended next steps.

My immediate objective is to establish at least one serious investment opportunity, ideally progressing to a term-sheet discussion. However, I understand that final investment decisions depend on the investor, due diligence, and mutually agreed terms.

Candidates should distinguish clearly between deliverables they control and outcomes that depend on investor decisions.

## Compensation and Working Arrangement

I am open to discussing compensation based on the scope of work, experience, and results.

My preferred options are:

* A success-based fee equivalent to 5% of investment capital actually received by the business, subject to a written agreement and applicable legal requirements; or
* A fixed fee starting at ₹75,000, subject to clearly defined deliverables and mutually agreed payment milestones.

These are alternative compensation structures, not cumulative fees. The final arrangement must be agreed upon before work begins.

I am willing to consider higher compensation for exceptional results, provided the additional value and payment conditions are clearly defined in advance.

Please disclose any upfront fees and explain precisely what they cover. Investor introductions, meetings, expressions of interest, signed term sheets, and completed investments must not be treated as equivalent outcomes.
