Secure Employee Intranet Build

I’m commissioning a full-stack portal that mirrors the look and feel of the reference site I’ll share privately (P2p2.bsite.net). The core requirement is a secure employee-only environment where every user I create has an individually defined expiry date; once that date passes, their credentials must lock automatically without manual intervention.

Key workflow
• Admin area: simple interface for me to add, edit, or bulk-import users, set their expiry, and review activity logs.
• Authentication layer: token-based login, password reset, and optional SSO if it speeds things up.
• Communication tools: at minimum an internal messaging feature so staff can exchange information in real time. I’m open to whether that’s a chat module, lightweight forum, or another approach—you can propose what fits best with the stack you recommend.

Deliverables
1. Responsive frontend replicating the reference site’s layout, built in React, Vue, or a comparable modern framework.
2. Robust backend (Node/Express, Django, Laravel, or similar) with REST or GraphQL endpoints, user expiry logic, and role permissions.
3. Admin dashboard with CRUD for users and expiry controls.
4. Integrated communication component ready for production.
5. Deployment script and concise setup documentation so I can launch on my own server.

Acceptance criteria
• Expired accounts are unable to log in without manual reactivation.
• New users can be created in under a minute through the admin screen.
• Messaging tool functions smoothly across desktop and mobile.
• All pages load in under two seconds on a standard broadband connection.
