We are looking for an experienced crypto exchange operator who can help us establish and operate a cryptocurrency exchange setup for legitimate crypto buying, selling, exchanging, and transfers.

Our priority is **security, transaction reliability, and preventing unauthorized access to our payment methods or crypto assets**.

## What We Need

The freelancer should be able to:

* Assist with establishing the appropriate exchange setup.
* Conduct authorized crypto purchases, sales, and exchanges.
* Execute transfers only according to our instructions.
* Maintain clear records of transactions.
* Provide confirmation for each completed transaction.
* Help us implement appropriate security and permission controls.

## Security Requirements

Security is extremely important.

We need a setup that minimizes the possibility of unauthorized transactions. Where the platform supports it:

* Payment methods should not be changeable without our authorization.
* Withdrawal addresses should be protected from unauthorized modification.
* 2FA and recovery/security credentials should remain under our control.
* The freelancer should not retain unnecessary access to our payment information.
* Transactions must be performed only according to our instructions.
* Changes to payment methods, wallets, withdrawal settings, or security settings require our approval.

If the platform does not support sufficient permission controls, please explain the limitations before proceeding.

## Compliance

We are **not looking for fake identities, forged documents, stolen accounts, borrowed identities, or methods to bypass KYC, AML, or geographic restrictions**.

Any account or jurisdiction-specific setup must comply with the exchange's requirements and applicable laws.

## Payment Structure

We prefer a **transaction-based compensation model** rather than paying a large upfront amount.

The exact percentage can be discussed with the selected freelancer.

Payment will be based on **successfully completed and verified transactions**, allowing both parties to reduce risk and avoid paying for unsuccessful or fraudulent activity.
