We are seeking an expert mobile app developer or agency to build app, a highly secure, digital marketplace application tailored for the equestrian and horse care industry in Dubai, UAE.

The platform operates as an app-only marketplace model connecting horse owners/stables with certified service providers and laboratories. It features point-to-point service bookings and live logistics tracking, similar to a specialized on-demand delivery architecture.

Crucial Compliance Notice: Before placing a binding bid or receiving full technical specifications, the selected freelancer must sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Code Originality & Security Bond. We require 100% custom, hand-coded development using Flutter to ensure maximum code security and prevent reverse-engineering.

High-Level Project Scope

• Target Platforms: iOS Mobile App, Android Mobile App (via a single secure Flutter codebase), and a Web-based Admin Portal.
• UI/UX Design: The developer will be responsible for creating all user flows, wireframes, and final UI designs from scratch (no pre-made designs provided).
• User Roles: Separate, secure interfaces for Horse Owners/Managers (to book services & manage assets) and Service Providers/Vendors (to fulfill requests & track payouts).

• Core Technical Features:
• Asset profiling (linked via secure digital IDs/microchips).
• Advanced booking, scheduling, and automated provider-matching engines.
• Real-time live GPS tracking for transport trips between locations.
• Secure UAE-regional payment gateway integrations with automated marketplace commission splitting.
• Central Web Admin Dashboard for platform management, financial audits, and analytics.
