I have a 3 ft × 4 ft window on the second story that I need completely taken out—glass, sash, and the surrounding framing. Once the opening is clear, I’d like it packed with fiberglass insulation, wrapped for weatherproofing, then closed up with cement board (installed after the insulation goes in).
If you can also float a stucco finish that blends smoothly with the existing exterior, let me know—this last step is optional but preferred if you have the skill set and the right tools for a clean match. Safety gear and any necessary scaffolding or ladders are up to you to provide. I’m ready to move as soon as we agree on timing.
