Seasoned Social Media & Admin Assistant

I’m looking for someone for 2 hours per week who can step straight into the flow of my social media posting routine and keep it running smoothly. You’ll be working with Facebook, Instagram, Skool and Insight Timer, taking the text posts,videos, audios and graphics I provide and making sure they go out on schedule, look polished, and reach the right audience.

Because I’m supplying the core content, your focus will be on:
• formatting captions, hashtags and tags so each post feels native to its platform
• scheduling through whichever tools you’re comfortable with (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.)
• light community admin—approving comments where needed and flagging anything that needs my attention
• tracking basic analytics and delivering a concise weekly summary so we can spot wins and opportunities quickly

To succeed here you’ll need a minimum of two years of proven, reference-backed experience handling social posting and channel admin. Please come prepared to share links or contact details for previous clients who can vouch for your reliability and results.

Deliverables each week:
• All posts published error-free at the agreed-upon times with the content I provide.
• A one-page metrics snapshot covering reach, engagement and any notable community insights

This is eventually lead to more hours each week/ month.
