Seamless Person Photo Integration

I’m putting together a photo journal and need a talented Photoshop pro to place one person from one picture into the open space left for her in another picture. Due to shipment issues, 2 women had to share matching dresses. The goal is to make it look as if they were always there—matching lighting, shadows, color tones, and overall image quality—without touching or replacing the existing background.

In addition, I want to incorporate a sign into the building. You will see an example of what I need you to do. Feel free to create a copy of the sign from scratch so it truly looks like part of the building.

You’ll receive:
• The base casual photo and the separate image of the person to be added
• Any reference shots you need for skin tone or lighting consistency

Deliverables:
• A high-resolution, print-ready file (JPEG or PNG) that blends flawlessly into the original background
• A layered PSD so minor tweaks can be made later (if possible)

Please have strong retouching and compositing skills, an eye for natural detail, and be comfortable handling quick feedback rounds so the finished image is ready for the special occasion.
