Sealed Plans for Warehouse Renovation

I need sealed commercial building plans for the renovation of a warehouse space. Current industrial/warehouse space to be converted into wellness area providing massage and relaxation services. The plans will be used to apply for permits. Architect must be Michigan licensed.

The renovation will involve:
- Changing the interior layout, including offices and restrooms
- Upgrading electrical, plumbing, heating, and fire safety systems

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with commercial building plans
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to create detailed and accurate schematics
