Title: Cold Calling SDR / Appointment Setter: B2B Outbound to US Insurance Agencies | $30 per Attended Demo + $150 per Client

About the role
US company supplying remote staff to insurance agencies, brokerages and other service businesses. We place customer service reps, claims support, account managers, admin staff and sales support.

Why agency owners say yes:

Major savings compared to hiring locally
New team members in place within days, not months
A no-risk trial period and flexible terms

Most agency owners struggle to find and keep good staff, so they’re open to this conversation. Your job is to start it.

What you’ll do

Call US insurance agency owners, brokerage leaders and operations managers
Follow up by email and LinkedIn using the scripts and sequences I provide
Find out how big their team is, which positions they need and how hard hiring has been
Book qualified demos with our sales team
Keep notes and next steps updated in the CRM
Tell me which openers and messages get the best response

How you get paid

Performance-based and uncapped. No hourly pay; you earn on results.

$30 for every demo you book that the prospect attends
$150 more when that prospect becomes a client
$180 total per closed client
. No-shows and cancellations don’t count.

Example month: 8 attended demos and 2 new clients = $240 + $300 = $540. Book 15 attended demos with 4 clients and you earn $450 + $600 = $1,050.

What I provide

Ready-to-call lead lists of US insurance agencies and service businesses
Call scripts, email templates and answers to common objections
CRM and calling software, free of charge
Training before your first call, plus regular coaching
An experienced sales team that runs every demo you book
Steady long-term work, with more leads for the best performers

You report directly to me. Onboarding, coaching, reporting and payments all go through me, so you always have one point of contact.

Requirements

At least 1 year of cold calling, appointment setting or SDR experience
Experience calling US businesses (insurance, recruitment, outsourcing or financial services is a plus)
Clear, fluent English, spoken and written
Comfortable making lots of calls and handling rejection
Organized, reliable and accurate with your reporting
Available at least 4 hours a day during US business hours (Eastern Time preferred)
Familiarity with CRM and dialer tools is a plus

Selected SDRs sign a short confidentiality and non-circumvention agreement before receiving client details and leads.

How to apply

Begin your proposal with the word “PIPELINE”. Then include:

Where you’ve done cold calling before, and your average booked meetings per month
Your typical number of calls per day
How you’d open a cold call to an insurance agency owner (a few lines)
Which US Eastern hours you can work

Applications with a short voice or video recording of your opening get priority.

Shortlisted applicants will get a short call and a quick role-play before starting.

For skills, I’d also drop HubSpot and Zoom Phone from the list I gave earlier, since those two together point straight at their setup. Use CRM and Sales Call instead.
