I have a complete script ready and a set of finalized character designs; all I need now is a talented 2D animator to bring everything to life in a playful, engaging style similar to the “Not Your Type” animations you may have seen online. The finished piece should run somewhere between one and three minutes and lean into a colourful, cartoon aesthetic—nothing realistic or abstract.
I will supply:
• The script with timing cues
• High-resolution character sheets, turnarounds, and expressions
• Visual references that illustrate the overall tone and motion I’m after
I’m counting on you for:
• Full 2D animation production (rough, clean-up, colour, simple effects)
• Syncing visuals precisely to the dialogue and scene beats in the script
• Background art that matches the existing character style
• Final delivery in 1080p H.264 (plus project files in your native software)
Acceptance criteria
1. Animation length falls between 1-3 minutes as scripted.
2. Characters match my supplied designs without off-model deviations.
3. Timing, lip-sync, and transitions feel tight and energetic, echoing the “Not Your Type” pace.
4. Final file passes a quick review for smooth playback and clean audio.
If this sounds like the perfect fit for your skill set, let’s chat so you can start storyboarding right away.
