Screenwriter Needed for Cinematic Female-Led Crime/Mafia Short Film

Job Description:
I’m looking for a creative screenwriter to develop an original short film centered around three powerful women who operate together like an elite crime-family crew.

The film should have a stylish, cinematic crime-drama atmosphere — confidence, money, luxury cars, power, loyalty, rivalry, danger, and strong personalities. I do not want a generic gangster story. The three women should each have their own personality, role, and presence, while still feeling like one powerful team.

I already have the general concept and characters. I need someone who can help turn the idea into a strong story and then write the screenplay.

The writer should be able to create:

A strong opening/hook
Character backgrounds and personalities
A clear beginning, middle, and ending
Cinematic scenes and locations
Natural, memorable dialogue
Tension, twists, conflict, and suspense
Strong visual moments suitable for a music-video/cinematic style
A screenplay that can later be used to produce the film with AI video tools and traditional editing

Must have strong Story Development + Screenplay

The goal is to make the short film feel premium, stylish, powerful, and memorable rather than like a basic low-budget crime story.
