Screen-Recorded Tutorial Creation

I need a polished, screen-recorded tutorial that walks instructors through our educational platform in depth, highlighting every feature they will use day-to-day. The freelancer will also appear on-screen as an instructor (must be English native speaker) sharing their platform account and introducing the platform interactively. The video (or cohesive video series) must show, with clear voice-over and call-outs, how to:

• Build a new course from scratch, add materials, organize modules, and adjust privacy or publishing settings
• Manage enrollments and sections, message learners, track their activity, and handle common support issues

While demonstrating each workflow, please weave in practical tips, shortcuts, and best-practice suggestions rather than simply narrating menus. I’m aiming for a guide that feels more like coaching than a dry walkthrough.

Acceptance criteria:
• 1080p (or higher) recording with crisp audio, branded intro/outro supplied by me
• Logical chapter markers so users can jump to the topic they need
• Captions or transcript in .vtt or .srt format
• Final files delivered in MP4 along with the editable project file (Camtasia, Premiere, or similar)
