Remote | Micro-equity or volunteer basis | Early-stage AI/Education Startup
Maxibook is an early-stage AI startup rethinking how scientific knowledge is delivered, organized, and personalized.
We are building an Adaptive Knowledge System powered by dynamic knowledge maps and LLM-driven adaptive content, with an MVP expected by Q1 2026.
Our initial focus is on universities, research institutions, and publicly funded initiatives, with future expansion into the corporate HR sector (onboarding, continuous training, skill-gap reduction).
We are entering the fundraising phase and looking for passionate contributors who want to help us build the foundations of a global platform.
Tasks
Scientific Language & AI Adaptation Contributor(Korean / Japanese / Arabic)
We are looking for contributors who can help us adapt English scientific content to languages with fundamentally different writing systems, grammar, and conceptual structures, working in close collaboration with AI tools.
This is not a translation role.
At Maxibook, content is generated and adapted through AI. Our challenge is understanding how meaning, structure, tone, and scientific precision change when moving from English to languages such as Korean, Japanese, or Arabic — where:

sentence construction follows different logical flows

terminology is built differently

writing conventions for science and education differ

correctness cannot be validated by English speakers alone

What you will actually do

Help us understand how scientific and educational language works in your language

Explain how concepts are normally structured, introduced, and developed in written form

Guide the correct use of AI for linguistic adaptation, not just literal translation

Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure they are:

conceptually accurate

natural and credible in your language

appropriate for scientific and academic contexts

Identify when an AI translation is formally correct but conceptually or stylistically wrong

Suggest tools, workflows, or strategies to reliably adapt English content using AI

This role is about making AI-generated knowledge reliable in languages we do not personally speak.
Who this is for

Native or near-native speakers of Korean, Japanese, or Arabic

People who deeply understand written language conventions, especially for science or education

Translators, researchers, educators, developers, or AI-literate contributors

Anyone able to explain how and why things are written the way they are in their language

You don’t need to translate everything manually.
You need to help us build confidence in AI-driven adaptation.
Why this role matters
Simply asking an AI to “translate to Japanese or Arabic” is not enough.
Without linguistic insight, we cannot verify correctness, clarity, or credibility.
Your contribution helps Maxibook:

avoid superficial or misleading translations

design better multilingual AI workflows

deliver scientific knowledge that actually works across languages and cultures

You will help shape how global scientific knowledge is adapted, not just translated.
Bring your enthusiasm, skills, and curiosity into the project. Every contribution matters — you’ll help lay the bricks of a system that could redefine the future of education.
Requirements
We welcome both experienced professionals and early-career talents — what matters most is your genuine interest in AI, education, and the desire to learn and grow with the project.

Genuine interest in AI, education, or digital innovation

Willingness to commit a few hours per week (flexible, milestone-based)

Desire to learn, experiment, and grow together with the project

No need to leave your current job or studies — join us part-time while we bootstrap funding

Benefits
We are early-stage, and contributions are currently on a voluntary and/or micro-equity basis, depending on role, commitment, and duration.
Once funding is secured, we are committed to recognizing and formalizing the contributions of those who supported Maxibook from the very beginning.
It’s about building something that truly matters.

Join an international, visionary project from the ground up

Gain the opportunity for micro-equity recognition and potential future integration into the founding core

Be part of a team pushing the boundaries of AI in education

Enjoy visibility, learning, and the excitement of shaping a startup before its official launch

Simply put: we’re working hard to secure funding — in the meantime, we’re building together. Your contribution today could become your long-term place in Maxibook tomorrow.
Equal Opportunity Statement
Maxibook OÜ welcomes applications from all qualified candidates regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or marital status. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. All personal data shared will be processed with confidentiality and in compliance with privacy standards.
If you are looking for more than a side project — if you want to leave a mark in how the world learns and outreach science — this is your moment.
Apply now to join Maxibook as a contributor. Let’s build together.
