Scientific atom teleportation Animation

I have written a detailed, scene-by-scene outline that visualises a theoretical process for transporting atoms: analysis of their information, transmission (with room for potential data loss), and precise reconstruction at a distant point. I now need that script turned into a short, simple 2D animation that mirrors my notes exactly.
Throughout the video I want clear on-screen text to highlight key scientific terms, a formal, authoritative voiceover that matches the tone of an academic lecture, and a subtle bed of background music to keep the pacing steady. Please synchronise the audio with the visual cues I specify so the flow feels seamless.
I will supply:
• A written storyboard with timing, camera directions, colour cues, and any diagrams I have sketched.
• The exact wording for all on-screen text and the narration script.
• References for the scientific concepts so you can illustrate them accurately.
What I need from you:
• A polished 2D animation (1080p preferred) that adheres closely to my storyboard.
• Professional-quality voiceover delivered in a formal, scientific style—either record it yourself or manage a VO talent.
• Background music mixed at a level that never competes with the narration.
• Source project files (After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar) plus the final rendered video.
• Two feedback rounds to fine-tune timing or graphics if required.
If you have experience illustrating scientific concepts, motion-graphics-driven explanations, or whiteboard-style clarity in a 2D environment, your expertise will be ideal here. Let me know what software you prefer, how you handle VO and music licensing, and an estimated turnaround once you receive my materials.
