Project: Ghostwriting a 90,000-word adult speculative/psychological thriller

I am looking for an experienced fiction ghostwriter to write a complete English-language adult novel of approximately 90,000 words.

This project is not starting from a blank concept. The story has already been extensively developed and structured. I have a detailed ghostwriter dossier containing:

complete plot architecture;
chapter-by-chapter outline;
character bible;
chronology;
worldbuilding;
transformation and biological rules;
psychological arcs;
relationship development;
major reveals and turning points;
seeds and payoffs;
continuity requirements;
rules regarding autonomy, consent and agency;
style and quality-control guidelines.

The ghostwriter’s primary role would therefore be to turn an established narrative blueprint into polished, compelling English prose, rather than inventing the novel from scratch.

The story follows Jessy Rodríguez, a financially vulnerable young woman who accepts a highly paid irreversible experimental procedure without fully understanding what the organization behind it intends to do to her. What initially appears to be a medical opportunity gradually reveals itself as a system designed to transform her physically and condition aspects of her autonomy for the benefit of another person.

The novel explores bodily autonomy, economic vulnerability, exploitation, consent, dependency, psychological conditioning, trauma, recovery, identity, intimacy and love after coercive systems.

Although the novel contains romance, I do not want the romantic relationship to erase or excuse the consequences of coercion or loss of autonomy. Psychological continuity and character agency are extremely important to the project.

I am particularly interested in a writer with experience in:

long-form fiction of 70,000–100,000+ words;
strong first-person narrative voice;
psychological thrillers or speculative fiction;
science fiction involving bodily transformation;
emotionally complex adult relationships;
trauma and recovery arcs;
natural dialogue;
maintaining continuity across a long manuscript.

Source materials: The project was originally developed in Spanish, and some of the current planning documentation is in Spanish. I can provide translated or adapted English working materials where necessary. The final manuscript I am commissioning would be written in natural, publication-quality English rather than translated literally from Spanish.

I would expect the full-project agreement to include at least:

complete ~90,000-word manuscript;
adherence to the supplied story bible and chapter architecture;
one substantive revision pass based on author feedback;
continuity corrections;
final clean manuscript suitable for professional copyediting.

AI disclosure: AI tools have been used during development as an editorial and organizational assistant for continuity tracking, story architecture, chapter planning and project documentation. I am hiring a human ghostwriter to create the final narrative prose. I would also like any AI usage by the ghostwriter to be disclosed and agreed upon before work begins.

The project is unpublished and confidential. A NDA/confidentiality agreement will be required before I provide the complete dossier, manuscript material, major plot reveals and other proprietary story information.

This novel is also intended to be the first book in a larger series/universe, so a successful collaboration could potentially lead to additional novels.
