School Transport & Child Journey Tracking POC

Project: School Bus Tracking & Child Journey Tracking – MVP/POC
I am looking for a developer to build a very small functional POC for a school transportation tracking system. This is not the full production application.
The POC will be tested on 1 school bus with approximately 20–30 students.
Required features:
1. Conductor/Driver Interface
Simple login
Select/start a bus trip
Display the list of assigned students
Conductor can tap a student's name to mark them as "Boarded"
Record the exact boarding time
Option to mark the trip as started/ended
2. GPS Tracking
Use the Android phone's GPS to track the bus
Location should continue updating when the app is minimized/phone is locked
Send location periodically to the backend
Basic handling of temporary internet/network loss
3. Parent Interface
Simple mobile-friendly web page or lightweight app (no need for a polished production app)
Parent can see their child's current bus status
Live bus location displayed on a map
Show approximate ETA to the selected/home bus stop
4. Notifications
When the conductor marks a child as boarded → parent receives "Your child has boarded the bus."
When the school/return trip starts → parent receives notification
Basic ETA/approaching notification
5. Basic Backend
Student records
Parent accounts
Bus/route information
Trip records
Boarding events
Live GPS location
Technical preference:
Android for the conductor side
Flutter is acceptable if appropriate
Firebase/Supabase or another lightweight backend is acceptable
Google Maps API or equivalent for maps
Please use existing APIs/services rather than building infrastructure from scratch.

This is a proof of concept, so I don't need:
RFID
Payments
Face recognition
Complex school ERP
Advanced admin dashboard
iOS application
Fancy UI/animations
The priority is reliable GPS tracking, live map, boarding status, ETA, and notifications.
I am technically knowledgeable and will provide the product requirements. Please quote a fixed price and estimated delivery time for this exact scope.
Also, please mention if you have previously implemented Android background GPS/location tracking, as this is the most important technical requirement
