Microsoft 365 Setup & Implementation – School

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator / Consultant to set up and configure Microsoft services for our school.

Key Requirements

- Microsoft 365 tenant setup and configuration
- School domain and DNS configuration
- Official email setup for Teachers, Principal, Administration and Management
- Microsoft Teams setup for teachers and academic activities
- Outlook / Exchange Online configuration
- SharePoint and OneDrive setup for school documents
- User groups, roles and permission management
- Microsoft Entra ID configuration
- MFA and basic security policies
- Microsoft 365 licensing guidance
- Integration with school laptops/computers and digital classroom infrastructure
- Data security and access-control configuration
- Proper backup/data-protection recommendations
- Complete documentation and handover
- Basic training for school administration/IT team

Preferred Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Teams
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint & OneDrive
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft 365 Security
- Domain/DNS configuration
- Previous experience with schools/educational institutions is preferred

Project Deliverables

The selected person will be responsible for complete setup, configuration, testing, documentation and handover of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Project Type: One-time setup with optional ongoing support.
