Architectural Code Review & Plan Drafting for Existing School Building

I am seeking an experienced drafter well-versed in the New York State Building Code (NYSBC) to produce a 'very detailed' code-compliant architectural plan set for an existing school building undergoing formal town review.

The initial layout and elevations are already drafted. Your primary objective will be to translate these into a drawing package that demonstrates full compliance with safety, accessibility, and educational space guidelines.

Key Deliverables:
- Architectural Drawings: Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans.
- Elevations & Sections: Detailed building elevations and at least two key building sections.
- Life-Safety & Code Sheets: Egress path diagrams, occupant load calculations, and ADA
- Compliance details formatted for permit submission.
- A very clear and detailed plan that shows how the building complies with the NYSBC 2020
- File Formats: Final PDF sheet set for review, along with original, editable CAD files (.dwg).

Skill Requirements:
