Schedule Corporate Product Demo Calls

I need help turning my existing client list into a steady stream of video-conference product demos that spark fresh interest in our corporate platform. The aim is not to close deals on the spot but to secure well-timed appointments that let me showcase new features and start conversations that can mature into future upgrades.

The assignment centers on three things: engaging my current contacts, coordinating the logistics, and making sure every meeting lands smoothly in my calendar with the right materials attached. You will work inside our CRM, use email or phone as you prefer, and confirm each slot on Zoom or Microsoft Teams—whichever the client prefers.

Deliverables
• Minimum agreed-upon number of qualified demo bookings each week, confirmed for 30-minute video calls
• Calendar invites that include the meeting link, a short agenda, and any prep documents
• Weekly report exported from the CRM showing outreach activity and scheduled dates

An appointment counts as successful once the client has accepted the invite and received a reminder 24 hours beforehand. If you excel at clear communication, polite persistence, and tidy record-keeping, your workflow will fit perfectly with mine.
