Scenic Aerial Neighborhood Photography

I need a skilled drone photographer to capture a brand-new residential neighborhood that is near the ocean. The goal is to promote an aspirational, outdoors-oriented lifestyle, so every frame should showcase how close the neighborhood is to the beaches, harbor, etc. as well as the overall site layout.

I’m after sweeping, cinematic perspectives that instantly convey:
• the full footprint of the development,
• unobstructed scenic views of the water, and
• the inviting feel of our town and closeness to all that the town has to offer

Please plan a combination of high-altitude overviews and lower passes that reveal detail without losing context. Views that promote warmth and richness.

Deliverables
• Minimum of 15 retouched, print-ready images (JPEG or TIFF)
• Corresponding RAW files for future edits
• Basic usage release for web, print, and social media

If you normally shoot with DJI, Autel, or comparable 20-MP+ drones and can turn the full set around within a few days of the flight, I’d love to see your portfolio of similar real-estate or lifestyle projects. I have a tight deadline.
