I have a batch of scanned documents that need to be converted into editable Microsoft Word files. All content is purely text—no tables or numerical data—so the task is straightforward typing and light formatting.

Each scan is clear but still requires careful proofreading to ensure every word, line break, and heading matches the original. I expect the final Word files to mirror the source layout where practical, using standard fonts and consistent paragraph styles.

You’ll receive the scans as high-resolution PDFs. Please return one Word file per scan unless you suggest a more efficient structure. I’ll run a quick accuracy check against the originals, so a high level of precision is essential. Let me know your timeframe for an initial sample of five pages and your estimated speed for the full set once the format is confirmed.
