Scanned PDF to Polished Word

I have a set of scanned PDFs that must be transformed into a clean, fully-editable Word document. The text needs to be retyped (not dumped from raw OCR) and then formatted so it looks sharper than the original while still keeping the spirit of the layout.

• Keep every table, heading, and general page arrangement where practical so someone can cross-reference the new file with the scan without getting lost.
• Apply consistent heading styles, fonts, spacing, and margins so the document feels modern and professional.
• Proofread as you work to eliminate any spelling or punctuation slips that crept into the scan.

Acceptance criteria
– All content present and accurate.
– Tables line up correctly and are editable.
– Headings use Word styles (Heading 1, Heading 2…) for easy navigation.
– No stray line breaks, font mismatches, or orphan characters.

Deliverable: a single .docx file ready for immediate editing and future updates.
