I need a scanned PDF converted into a clean, editable Word document. The file is mostly plain-text paragraphs, so my top priority is selectable, properly typed text that I can revise later—perfect layout replication is less important than true editability.

Please run reliable OCR (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or a similar tool) and proof the result, correcting any obvious spelling mistakes you notice during conversion. Normal paragraph breaks should remain in place; headings, bold text, and similar simple formatting can stay if they transfer accurately, but don’t over-engineer the layout.
