A batch of scanned documents saved as PDF has to be converted into fully editable digital files. The job is straightforward: read each PDF image carefully, then type the visible information into the target template I will supply.

Accuracy matters more than speed—names, numbers, dates, punctuation, and any special characters must match the source exactly. Light formatting (paragraph breaks, bold headers, simple tables if present) should be preserved so the final file mirrors the original layout. Feel free to run the pages through OCR tools like Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, or Tesseract, but every line must be visually cross-checked afterward; I will reject auto-generated text that still contains artifacts or mis-reads.

Deliverables
• One clean, proof-read document per scanned PDF, returned in Word (.docx) format.
• A brief log noting pages with illegible sections or uncertainties.

I will review each file on delivery, spot-check against the source, and release payment once the transferred text shows 100 % fidelity.
