Scanned Invoice Data Entry

I have a collection of scanned invoices that need to be transcribed into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Each document should become one row, with every relevant field captured consistently and accurately. Excel or Google Sheets is fine—whichever lets you work fastest while still maintaining error-free results.

Here is what I expect from the task:
• A spreadsheet with clear column headers (e.g., invoice number, date, supplier, total, tax, and any other standard details that appear on the files).
• Accurate manual entry—no OCR output left unchecked.
• A quick quality check on every batch so obvious typos or missing data are caught early.
• A short progress update once the first set is complete so we can confirm layout and formatting before you continue with the rest.

Scan quality varies a little, so an eye for detail is essential. Let me know your preferred approach, the tools you normally use, and roughly how long you’ll need once you see a sample. I’ll share the scans right after we agree on the workflow.
