I have a collection of scanned documents that need to be re-created in PDF form. Each page contains a mix of text and numbers, and I want the finished PDFs to look exactly like the originals—same layout, fonts, and spacing wherever possible. Your task is straightforward: read the scans carefully and enter the information into new PDFs so the end result mirrors the source documents.

Accuracy is critical, especially for numerical data and minor formatting details. Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, or any other tools you prefer are fine, as long as the final files match the scans.

Deliverables:
• A separate, completed PDF for every scanned document supplied, formatted identically to its source
• A quick confirmation sheet listing any illegible sections you encounter so I can clarify them before finalization
