Scan-to-BIM Revit LOD2000

I have a registered point-cloud of an existing facility and I need it translated into a highly detailed BIM model in Autodesk Revit for full MEP coordination. The finished file must meet LOD 200 standards, so every duct, pipe, fitting, equipment item and hanger has to be modeled with fabrication-level accuracy and correct metadata.

You will receive:
– The cleaned, unified cloud file (RCP/RCS and E57) together with basic floor plans for reference
– My layer, naming and family templates so your work drops straight into our office standards

What I expect back:
• A native Revit 2023 model, federated and work-shared, with properly classified M, E and P systems ready for clash detection
• Custom families only where manufacturer content does not exist, parameters mapped to our schedules
• Overall geometry tolerance within ±10 mm of the scan and no missing services in the surveyed zones
• A brief PDF report explaining assumptions, any obscured areas and coordinates used, plus exported NWC for Navisworks review

I will run a quick QA using Navisworks Manage and the coordinate file; once the model passes those checks, the milestone is released.
