Scaled Site & Block Plans

I have an existing .dwg from a previous project and now need a fresh set of drawings for five new development plots located on the same estate. The task is straightforward but accuracy is critical: each drawing must be produced to scale, and I will be checking that before sign-off.

Scope
• Prepare one site plan and one block plan for each of the five locations, using my original DWG as the base reference.
• Show utilities and infrastructure, proposed landscaping, and current zoning / land-use information on every sheet.
• Follow the design standards and layer conventions I will supply as soon as we start.

Deliverables
• Ten high-resolution PDFs (one site plan + one block plan per plot), ready for submission.
• The drawings must align perfectly with the scale shown in the title block; any mismatch will require revision.

What I’m looking for in your bid
Convince me you can turn around precise, standards-compliant drawings—ideally by pointing to similar work, explaining your QA process for scale checks, and confirming you can work directly in DWG while exporting clean PDFs. The smoother you make this, the sooner we can move on to the next phase of the estate.
