Scaled Floorplan From Sketch

I will share a clear hand-drawn sketch that drives every dimension and layout decision; your job is to turn it into a clean, fully-dimensioned floorplan that matches the graphic style of the example plan I’ll supply.

Key requirements
• Metric drawing at 1:100 scale, delivered as a print-ready PDF.
• Show 90 mm internal and external framing plus 29 mm James Hardie Axon Panel cladding on every relevant external walls and note those widths on the drawing.
• Omit eaves/soffits everywhere except above the nook recess and entry recess.
• Keep the combined bedroom/garage wing within 6,500 mm overall (framing and cladding included); adjust individual room sizes as needed.
• Maintain a 1,000 mm wide hallway through that bedroom wing.
• Label each room, place doors and windows, and dimension walls, openings, and overall lengths so the builder can read it at a glance.

I need the finished PDF ready to drop straight onto an A3 sheet, plus one round of revisions to fine-tune anything that comes up after my review. If you work in CAD or BIM that’s fine on your side; I only need the final PDF at 1 : 100.
