I already have the gate laid out as a digital design file; what I’m missing is the exact full-size numbers that let my fabricator start cutting steel tomorrow. Your task is to read the file, scale it to the true overall dimensions I’ll supply once we begin, and translate every rail, stile, brace and decorative element into a clear cutting list sized for steel tubing or other metal stock.

The list needs to spell out each part name, finished length, width, wall thickness (where relevant), angle cuts and any mitres so there is zero guesswork on the shop floor. If the scaling changes any proportions, note that for me so I can approve before you finalise.

I don’t need a full CAD drawing—just the well-organised cutting schedule in a spreadsheet, PDF or plain text format that a fabricator can follow line-by-line. Accuracy matters more than speed; tolerances within a millimetre are fine. If you’re comfortable checking hinge and latch clearances as you work, that’s a bonus.

Let me know your experience with metal gate layouts or similar take-offs and how quickly you can turn the file into a production-ready cutting list.
