Hiring a Facebook Ads & Google Ads Specialist for the Christmas Season
Hi everyone!

I'm currently looking for an experienced Facebook Ads specialist to help manage and scale advertising campaigns for my e-commerce store during the upcoming Christmas season.

My store currently focuses on 3D-printed graphic T-shirts, and I'm planning to expand the product range with several Christmas-themed products targeting the US market.

I'm looking for someone who understands e-commerce advertising, knows how to test products effectively, and can help us generate profitable sales during this busy shopping season.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Setting up and managing Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns.
Testing different products, audiences, creatives, and advertising strategies.
Researching and identifying potential winning products.
Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
Managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns when results are positive.
Setting up tracking systems, including Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking.
Providing regular performance updates and recommendations.
Preferred Experience
Proven experience running Facebook Ads for e-commerce or dropshipping stores.
Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
Familiarity with Shopify stores.
Good understanding of product testing and scaling strategies.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performance.
Previous experience with the US market is highly preferred.
