We are looking for a professional, legally registered software development company to audit, evaluate, and potentially develop an existing cloud-based POS and ERP SaaS system built with Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.
The initial project includes a complete source code review, database and performance analysis, security assessment, multi-tenant architecture review, bug identification, and a detailed technical audit report with recommendations, estimated costs, and a development roadmap.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least one assigned team member must be fluent in spoken and written Arabic.
2. Proven experience delivering software projects for clients in Saudi Arabia.
3. Demonstrated experience with Saudi ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2 e-invoicing integration.
4. Strong experience with Laravel, PHP, MySQL, SaaS, POS, ERP, and accounting systems.
5. Legally registered software development companies only. No individual freelancers.

The initial contract is for technical auditing only. Future development may be awarded separately. An NDA is required before confidential source code access.
