Saudi LLC Formation Support

I’m setting up a Limited Liability Company in Saudi Arabia and I’d like a knowledgeable professional to guide me through the entire registration process from start to finish.

Scope of work
• Advise on trade-name strategy and present a short list of compliant, available names based on my business activity.
• Draft the complete Articles of Association in line with Saudi regulations, ready for notarisation and submission.
• Prepare and file all required documents with the relevant Saudi authorities until the Commercial Registration (CR) is issued.
• Keep me updated on each milestone and clarify any government queries that arise.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least three viable trade-name options delivered and explained.
2. Finalised, legally compliant Articles of Association approved by me.
3. Official CR certificate (or equivalent proof) confirming the LLC is fully registered.

Experience with MISA/MoCI portals, Qurrah, and other Saudi e-services will be valuable, but I’m open to any expert who can meet the above deliverables efficiently and accurately.
