Saudi Ecommerce Digital Marketing Campaign

I run a fast-growing online store serving customers across Saudi Arabia and I’m ready to scale hard on paid media. I need an experienced performance marketer who can manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads and Meta Ads in tandem, with the single overriding objective of driving more sales and a healthier ROAS.

Google is expected to be the main revenue engine, so you’ll be rebuilding Search, Shopping and Performance Max around high-intent Arabic and English keywords, product-feed best practice and rock-solid conversion tracking. TikTok will focus on product-centric creatives and catalog sales to push rapid check-outs. Snapchat and Meta should round out the funnel with prospecting, dynamic remarketing and look-alike audiences that respect local cultural guidelines.

I’m looking for someone who:
• Knows Saudi ad policies and can write concise, persuasive Arabic copy (English a bonus).
• Has a track record of scaling ecommerce budgets profitably across all four channels.
• Is comfortable setting up advanced events via GTM, the TikTok Pixel, Snap Pixel and Meta CAPI.
• Provides clear weekly reporting on spend, revenue, CPA and ROAS, plus next-step recommendations.

Deliverables:
1. Full account audits and rebuild plans for Google, TikTok, Snap and Meta.
2. Live campaigns launched within two weeks, complete with creative, copy and tracking tags.
3. Ongoing optimisation, A/B testing and budget reallocation to hit agreed ROAS targets.
4. Weekly performance dashboard and a concise action report.
