SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

I need an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional—at least five years hands-on—with deep command of Indian payroll configuration and processing. Your day-to-day work will centre on a live Bangalore-based IT client, so familiarity with the nuances of Software/Information-Technology sector compensation structures is essential.

We are running SuccessFactors as our global HR core and rely heavily on the following modules:
• Employee Central Payroll
• Time Management

You should be comfortable taking full ownership of advanced payroll setups, year-end activities, statutory compliance, and complex time valuation rules. Expect to liaise directly with HR, Finance, and our external auditors, resolve post-go-live issues, and optimise existing schemas without disrupting business continuity. Strong communication skills and on-site availability in Bangalore are mandatory.

Deliverables will be reviewed against accuracy of payroll runs, statutory reporting completeness, and user acceptance in the system simulation environment before each monthly cycle closes.
