SAP PP Migration Support

I’m moving my production planning records from a fully manual environment into SAP PP and I want a specialist who has already led this type of transition. The immediate focus is to build and load three critical data sets: master data, Bills of Materials and work centers. All information is currently maintained in spreadsheets and paper files, so you will need to validate what is there, cleanse it where required and prepare it for a clean upload into SAP.

I will provide the raw files, access to the target SAP sandbox and any in-house standards we follow for naming conventions and numbering ranges. Your role is to guide the mapping, create the LSMW/BDC templates (or another proven data migration tool), run test loads, reconcile the results and leave me with transportable upload files ready for our production system.

Because this project hinges on precision and speed, I’m only considering freelancers who can point to verifiable SAP PP data migration experience—ideally projects that started from manual or legacy sources. Please highlight similar work you’ve done, the tools you used and any hurdles you overcame.

Deliverables I expect:
• Cleansed, validated data sets for master data, BOMs and work centers
• Reusable upload scripts or LSMW objects with clear documentation
• A short hand-over session walking through the process and reconciliation steps
