SAP HANA OData CRUD API

I need a fully-functioning OData service that exposes Customer data stored in our SAP HANA system and supports the complete CRUD cycle. The goal is to let external and internal applications create, read, update and delete customer records through standard OData v2/v4 endpoints while respecting the data model we already maintain in HANA.

You will handle the entire flow: defining the entity sets, mapping them to the existing HANA tables, implementing proper key handling and associations, and adding any necessary input validation or error handling. Performance and clean, readable code matter to me, so please leverage best practices such as $filter, $select and server-side paging where appropriate.

Deliverables
• Metadata EDMX file reflecting the final data model
• Source code / artifacts for the OData service (ABAP, CAP, XS ODATA or another SAP-supported approach you propose)
• A short setup document so our basis team can transport and activate the service in QA and Production
• Postman collection (or similar) with sample CRUD requests that demonstrate each operation works end-to-end

Acceptance will be based on successfully executing those sample calls against our HANA sandbox without errors and confirming that the changes persist to the underlying tables.
