Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of data processing, file handling, databases, system interfaces, or integration concepts.
Academic, internship, or project exposure to Java, SQL, Linux, XML, JSON, CSV, REST APIs, SOAP services, or scripting would be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of data transformation, validation, filtering, aggregation, enrichment, and routing.
Interest in working with high-volume usage, event, or transaction data.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Ability to understand data structures, identify inconsistencies, and document processing rules.
Basic knowledge of telecommunications usage records, utility meter readings, digital-service events, IoT data, or transaction records would be beneficial.
Exposure to SAP technologies, integration platforms, middleware, or mediation tools would be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence would be beneficial.
Business proficiency in English.

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with functional and technical teams.
Willingness to undertake structured SAP training and technical capability development.
Responsibilities
Participate in SAP Convergent Mediation implementation, support, testing, and enhancement activities.
Learn how SAP Convergent Mediation collects, validates, transforms, enriches, aggregates, and distributes data.
Assist in documenting source-system formats, target-system requirements, mapping rules, and validation rules.
Support the configuration and testing of mediation workflows, collection processes, transformation steps, and routing logic.
Assist with the processing of XML, JSON, CSV, fixed-length files, database records, APIs, and other data formats.
Support the analysis of usage records, event records, transaction files, and chargeable data.
Assist in identifying duplicate, invalid, incomplete, rejected, or incorrectly transformed records.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, volume testing, reconciliation testing, and regression testing.
Prepare test cases, test data, processing evidence, reconciliation reports, and defect documentation.
Support monitoring and troubleshooting of mediation workflows, failed transactions, and file-processing errors.
Assist with reconciliation between source systems, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Convergent Charging, and downstream systems.
Collaborate with charging consultants, integration developers, database specialists, source-system teams, and infrastructure teams.
Participate in requirement workshops, technical-design sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project demonstrations.
Maintain interface specifications, mapping documents, operational procedures, monitoring guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
Complete assigned SAP Convergent Mediation learning paths, technical training, and capability assessments.
Contribute to reusable data-processing templates, technical accelerators, knowledge articles, and internal demonstrations.
Communicate processing issues, data-quality concerns, dependencies, and project risks promptly.
