I need a detail-oriented manual tester to put our new salon management system through its paces. The product currently runs as both a responsive web app and a dedicated mobile build, so your test coverage must span common desktop browsers as well as iOS and Android devices.

Scope of work
You will carry out full-cycle Functional, Usability, and Regression testing. Because we want a fresh, human perspective, everything is to be executed manually—no Selenium, Appium, or other automation tools this time. I will provide access to our staging environment along with user roles (stylist, receptionist, manager) so you can explore every flow, from appointment booking and inventory control to checkout and reporting.

Deliverables
• A concise test plan outlining key scenarios you intend to cover
• Step-by-step test cases with expected vs. actual results
• A defect log that ranks issues by severity and includes screenshots or screen recordings where helpful
• A short usability summary highlighting friction points you notice while navigating the interface on both web and mobile

Acceptance criteria
All critical and major defects are documented with clear reproduction steps, and regression passes confirm that previously closed issues remain fixed.

If you’re meticulous, communicate clearly, and enjoy hands-on exploratory testing, I’m looking forward to your proposal and a quick start.
