Salon Fit-Out Drafting Package

I already have a resolved layout and 3-D concept for a new hair & beauty salon in Morisset, NSW, together with the landlord’s tenancy drawings showing all existing dimensions. Your task is to translate that information into a complete, construction-ready drawing set that a certifier, builder and services trades can work from.

The look I am after is modern and minimalist, with finishes that highlight metal and glass accents. I also have a definitive equipment and furniture list that must be coordinated into the plans.

Deliverables required:
• Dimensioned proposed floor plan
• Electrical / data & lighting plan
• Hydraulic / plumbing plan
• Reflected ceiling plan
• Internal elevations
• Joinery & detail sheets
• Equipment / furniture layout coordinated to my list
• Finishes schedule
• Final package issued in both PDF and editable DWG/AutoCAD files

Accuracy is critical: the new layout must sit precisely within the existing tenancy envelope. I prefer someone who has produced commercial or retail fit-out documentation before—ideally in Australia—so you are comfortable with local standards and NCC/BCA references. Please confirm your fixed price, estimated turnaround, and include at least one example of a similar drawing package you have completed.
