Salesforce Sales Process Revamp

I need our entire sales flow in Salesforce re-engineered so that every lead, opportunity, and deal stage mirrors the way we actually sell. Your first task is to set up or improve the current sales processes—custom objects if required, new fields, record types, validation rules, and Flow or Process Builder automations all need to line up with the redesigned path to close.

Once the process logic is in place, I want real-time visibility. Please create a focused suite of reports and a clean Lightning dashboard that tracks one thing above all else: sales pipeline and revenue. At a glance I should be able to see opportunity value by stage, total pipeline forecast, weighted revenue, and key conversion metrics, both on desktop and the Salesforce mobile app.
