Salesforce CTI Integration Developer

Immediate need : I'm connecting our RingCentral Contact Center (NICE CXone) platform to Salesforce Sales Cloud and need an experienced developer to own the build over the next 20 to 40 hours.

What it needs to do:
On every inbound call, surface the matching Lead, Contact or Account to the agent
If the caller is unknown, launch a guided screen that captures their details and creates a Lead on save
Pass the dialed number through so the Lead is tagged with the campaign that drove the call

The work:
Configure Open CTI, Call Center and Softphone Layout using our existing managed package, so no custom adapter is needed. Build the Apex REST lookup endpoint CXone calls on each inbound call. Standardize phone data to +1 E.164 and set duplicate and matching rules so caller matching works. Build the Screen Flow and custom Lead fields for dialled number, recording link, source and campaign. Validate with Postman.

The endpoint must be public facing, no client certificates, response under 32k.

Deliverables

Apex REST endpoint and Postman collection, CTI and Softphone Layout config, Screen Flow, duplicate rules, custom fields, and short hand-off notes. Tested in sandbox, then deployed to production with our admin team.

Must have: Apex REST, Open CTI and Call Center configuration, Screen Flows, duplicate and matching rules. NICE CXone or RingCentral Contact Center required.
