Salesforce CRM Optimization Specialist Needed

I’m looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to help fully optimize Salesforce CRM for our company.

This would be approximately a 2-month project, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the implementation rather than simply provide advice.

The scope would include:

Properly integrating ZoomInfo, RingCentral, and Outlook for each employee
Reviewing and restructuring how we currently use Salesforce
Creating workflows, rules, automations, and processes for our sales team
Setting up useful management and sales reports/dashboards
Improving lead, account, opportunity, and activity tracking
Ensuring the system is easy for employees to use consistently
Training our team on the new processes and best practices

The goal is to have Salesforce become the central CRM for our sales operation, with our other systems properly connected to it.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on Salesforce implementation experience who can recommend improvements, build them, test them, and help us roll everything out across the company.
