I need a reliable virtual assistant to get my Salesforce instance back into shape and keep it running smoothly. The day-to-day revolves around meticulous data entry, disciplined lead management, and assorted operational tweaks so every prospect is tracked from first touch through close. You’ll be working inside Salesforce—updating records, cleaning duplicates, tagging sources, and moving leads through the correct stages.

Because this work feeds directly into our marketing, I’ll also lean on you for light ad-related support, such as pulling weekly spend and lead reports or preparing assets so campaigns launch on time. The heavier lift, however, is the CRM reset and ongoing maintenance.

Deliverables
• A cleansed, consistently formatted Salesforce database
• A lead pipeline that automatically routes and flags follow-ups
• Weekly status summary covering data hygiene, new leads processed, and any ad metrics gathered
