Sales Support Cold-Calling Telecaller

My customers frequently need real-time assistance that also moves them toward a purchase, so this project combines classic customer support with a clear sales emphasis. The core task is to place cold calls to brand-new prospects, answer their questions in a friendly, knowledgeable manner, and guide them toward the right product or service.

Scope of work
• Dial cold prospects from the list I provide, following the approved script while sounding natural and engaging.
• Offer “Sales” style customer support—every conversation should both resolve the caller’s inquiry and create momentum toward closing a deal.
• Record each outcome (interested, not interested, callback requested, converted) in my CRM the same day.
• Flag any technical or billing issues you uncover so I can route them internally.

Tools & workflow
The contact list, script, soft-phone login, and CRM credentials will be supplied. Familiarity with VoIP dialers, basic spreadsheet tracking, and polite, accent-neutral English are all important for smooth execution.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum 80 outbound calls per day.
2. Daily spreadsheet/CRM update with call notes and status codes.
3. Weekly summary highlighting objections heard, conversions achieved, and suggestions for script improvement.
