Sales Reps Needed for Eyeglasses

I manufacture a large inventory of ready-to-ship eye glasses and now need them moving fast into the right hands. My sales focus is very specific: in-person pitches to optical shop owners and administrators of eye hospitals. I am looking for experienced field sales representatives who already understand the optics industry or have a strong record of institutional B2B selling.

Your job is to identify relevant outlets in your territory, secure appointments, demonstrate the frames, negotiate bulk orders and close the sale. I will supply product samples, pricing tiers and any catalogues you need; you bring the relationships, persistence and closing skills.

Because this is a volume-driven campaign, I will measure success by hard numbers and clear milestones.

Deliverables
• A weekly pipeline report detailing shops and hospitals contacted, meetings held and orders in progress
• Signed purchase orders or invoices reflecting closed deals
• Market feedback on frame styles, price points and any objections you encounter
