Sales Partner for Sustainable Gifting

Pareesa Rooted Gifting is a premium, purpose-driven gifting brand curating natural, sustainable, and thoughtful hampers. We work with artisanal, organic, and culturally rooted products.

*Role Type:* Contract-based | Remote | Profit-share
*Location:* India & Gulf Countries (Remote)

*Role Overview:*
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Brand Acquisition Partner to expand PRG's presence. Your core responsibility is to bring projects/clients/brands that align with PRG's values and convert them into confirmed orders.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify and acquire new clients, corporate gifting projects, and brand partnerships in India & Gulf
- Pitch PRG's curated hampers for corporate gifting, festive gifting, events, and brand collaborations
- Source brands/products that align with PRG's sourcing policy (natural, organic, sustainable, alcohol-free, pork-free, halal-conscious)
- Build and maintain customer relationships; ensure communication through official PRG channels
- Coordinate with Founder for approvals, pricing, and final quotations
- Ensure all customer records, supplier contacts, and quotations are documented and accessible to Founder
- No independent commitments - all deals subject to Founder's final approval

*Brand Values Alignment:*
Every project you bring must align with PRG principles: thoughtful gifting, sustainability, honesty, transparency, cultural sensitivity, and avoidance of prohibited trade. We do not cater to unmarried couples gifting or events involving bribery/improper inducements.

*Compensation:*
*You get 25% from the net profit of the project you bring.*
- Profit = Actual profit from the project (as per PRG's internal calculation)
- Calculated and settled after delivery and payment collection
- No fixed monthly salary - this is a pure performance-based profit sharing model
- Repeat orders from the same client remain with PRG; you receive profit share only for the period/projects you actively participated in
- No entitlement to future profits after leaving, but already-earned entitlements will be properly settled

*Requirements:*
- Experience in sales, business development, brand partnerships, or corporate gifting
- Strong network in India or Gulf is a plus
- Understanding of halal-conscious and sustainable product curation
- Excellent communication, accountability, and follow-up
- Must maintain confidentiality of PRG's customer info, supplier contacts, and pricing

*Terms:* As per PRG Internal Policy Draft Sections 1-11. Grounds for removal include negligence, breach of confidentiality, or misconduct.
