Sales-Focused Affiliate Executive

I’m looking for an affiliate marketing specialist who can turn our existing audience potential into real, trackable sales. The sole KPI is revenue growth—every initiative you run should be planned, executed, and optimised with that outcome front and centre.

You’ll start by analysing our current affiliate setup and the competitive landscape, then recommend the right network or platform (Impact, CJ, ShareASale, or a comparable solution) along with a commission structure that persuades high-quality partners to sign on. Your strategy should outline traffic sources, creative requirements, and a clear testing roadmap.

Once approved, put the plan into action: launch the programme, oversee tracking integration with Google Analytics or similar, and ensure every click and conversion is attributed correctly. I expect concise weekly updates and a final report showing uplift in clicks, conversions, and—most importantly—sales revenue, plus next-step recommendations.
