Commission-based Sales Executive (India) – find and sign gym owners for a gym management app. Work in your own city. Multiple positions.
About us
The Indian Gym is a mobile app for gym owners in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. It replaces the register and notebook: members, fee reminders, collections, attendance, and a small store for the owner to sell products. Plans are Pro ₹899/month and Brand ₹1,499/month, with a 15-day free trial.
What you'll do (be clear, this is a hunting role)
• Find local, owner-run gyms in your city yourself: Google Maps, Justdial, Instagram, walking the area. We don't hand you a lead list.
• Call or visit the owner, show the app on your phone, and get it installed with members and fees set up during the free trial
• Convert the trial into a paid plan, paid online from the gym's own account
• Stay in touch with each gym you sign for its first 90 days so it keeps using the app and keeps paying
• Log every lead and call daily in our sales console
• Target: 5 to 10 gyms a month
How you're paid
• 90% of each gym's first three monthly payments is yours. TIG keeps 10%. No cap.
• Paid on the 10th of every month for the previous month, to your UPI.
• Commission is on payments actually received from the gym.
• Once you've closed 5 gyms, owners who enquire through our own ads are also routed to you.
• The full payment breakdown (per-gym amounts, monthly earnings at each pace, payout dates, sample payout) is attached. Read it before applying.
Who we want
• Based in India, fluent in Hindi plus your local language (Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati)
• Comfortable with 40–60 calls or 5+ gym visits a day, and with "I manage fine with a register"
• Own smartphone and reliable internet
• Prior field sales or merchant onboarding (Paytm/PhonePe/BharatPe QR, insurance, loans), or gym/fitness industry contacts, strongly preferred
• Available for at least 3 months

Shortlisted candidates get one more task (a list of 15 gyms in your city as a CSV) and a 15-minute call, then start on the console the same week.
